I had exactly the same problem. I have my ZBoard and mouse plugged in and thats it. I tried running my camera on Skype and hey presto it worked perfectly. I think the problem may lie in Live Messenger not supporting some cameras, as mine is a Logitech camera. Good luck anyway :thumbs:
