Probably some twat admin messing with your config. Just delete it and it will make another default one, or open it up in text edit and fix it. Have configs as read only as well so it wont happen again.

Try shooting two double sg blasts, then click reload, then switch to smg then back to sg. Full gun, provided you have ammo.
