    PSN Down and Out

Sony released a firmware update that's supposed to force a password change, but it can only be changed from the console that's authorized to use the account already. So...I guess that's good.

I want to get in shape and start cycling. Anyone else into that sport? Tips?

That's ridiculous, I wonder why they charge so much more for it there. I think it's $2,400 new in the US.

I want to get in shape and start cycling. Anyone else into that sport? Tips?

It's a 2010 Fuel EX8 so maybe like $1800 new if a bike shop has one in stock still? But it's a 27 speed and I think the 2011's are 30 speeds. That's probably more than you want to spend but I really like Gary Fisher and Trek for mountain bikes.

I want to get in shape and start cycling. Anyone else into that sport? Tips?

I know how you feel about the location, DC is a terrible place for biking because any sort of trail is like 30 minutes outside of town and the city is filled with tourists who don't know where they're going but it's always in my way... but I make do. I don't know if there's any secret to...

AT&T has initiated monthly bandwidth caps starting this month

You might have the monitoring built in, just log into your router and check, I think they call it "traffic meter" and it's disabled by default. The other thing to point out here, is that these companies are attempting to kill internet-tv/broadcasting because it's cutting into their profits. A...

AT&T has initiated monthly bandwidth caps starting this month

there's software that will track your single computer, but if you want to know the whole network you could try re-flashing your routers firmware with something like DD-WRT, or just buy a new router that has traffic monitoring built in like...

AT&T has initiated monthly bandwidth caps starting this month

this is so stupid. Let's say they charge the top 2% of households an extra $10-$30 month for going 50-150gb over. So they have an extra $$$ now, do they spend it on building a better network so they can support everybody, even the highest users, without having their network being 'slowed down'...

external harddisk borked,it can be saved?

if you plug it in and literally nothing happens, like the drive doesn't even rotate, it's quite possible the enclosure is messed up. Installing a hard drive, especially a sata drive is fairly easy. And if you have nothing to lose it'd definitely be worth giving it a try.

    Brink Previews

There's a very good reason they don't do it actually. If reviewers were to get the game and write negative things about it, fewer people would buy it.

    Any non-walled-garden tablet computers available?

I'd actually be really curious to see how the A5 stacks up against an Atom processor.

    Any non-walled-garden tablet computers available?

The problem is by digital cameras they mean these: but it ranges to this: So while smartphones (and maybe tablets..maybe) have taken a part of the low-end camera market, they'll never be able to compete the mid or high end range.

    PSN Down and Out

it means they have your email address ([email protected]) and it sounds like they also have your psn password (hunter2). And because so many people use the same password for many different accounts, there's a chance they could log into your gmail account also.

Airport Security on the look out for people who complain about ..airport security

this makes perfect sense. The only people who would against having their kid's genitalia fondled would be the terrorists who have installed tons of c4 on it or in it.

    Wanting to sell photos!

first off, websites that disable right click...it almost becomes my mission to copy the image off the site. secondly, some of the pictures do seem to have a lot of empty space, this is almost a photo of water. I'm not sure if you have one, but you could host your images on flickr and just...
