i would like to see death sequences in HL2. Imagine being killed by head crabs and then you go down dead. A headcrab slowly gets on your head and puff you become a zombie...

Maybe the reason why there is no real multiplayer in HL2 and in Vampire Bloodlines for that matter is that the code is not ready for multiplayer or isnt secure enough
