I sure hope us poor little chappies down here in Aus get it shipped nice and quick. How long does it take to ship a million copies of HL2 all the way to aus? Or do we print our own games here? we always seem to have different boxes and stuff...hmmm...the plot thickens

It seems to be getting better and better for me. Every day it runs smoother and faster with less bugs. As long as they keep this up they should be able to pull it off.

Mine just went striaght through and updated in about 1 min. Seems like no big changes. Did seem to load more smoothly though:) Its still taking 25megs of Ram:P

Harvey normal in the biggest rip off for ALL electronic gear. they market themselves as the leader in games and systems....sucha rip off....so bad. I bet your friends are cool though kamakiri:)

thats one thing that i am particulary worried about. I have the feeling us down here in Aus are gonna get the game a few days later. I will learn all in the first five mins of release as every site in the world goes crazy reviewing and spewing about it. I might have to cut the net for a few...

damn striaght they need to. Not everyone has that kind of money. Have a look at their target consumer base, its gonna be lots of ex-CS people, with quite old machines. Only people that hang around on these forums are the people that have top machines, not that higher% of the market im guessing...
