They take lots of time. I haven't really counted but maybe 6hours all in all. The reason I'm doing so much is to learn to do it quicker and easier.

Try this: Customize > Preference > Viewports Tab Then click the Configure Driver button. choose the highest background texture size and download texture size. And don't forget to make sure "Match Bitmap as Close as possible" is enabled on both.
