3dsmax problem... im scared

Alright I was just working on a Desert Eagle that I am making for a mod called SnipaWars - sw.bluewolf72.com - anyways my perspective viewport got stuck in a really zoomed in view and I can't zoom in or out at all... I tried saving and reopening and closing max and stuff, nothing changes... i try mouse scroll and the zoom tool, stilll nothing... HELP IM SCARED. Sorry if this is newb and I am just missing something simple...

click in the viewport, then press "space" i think you locked it ... (you can see a lock icon at the bottom of 3DSmax, that's the one you pressed most likely

haha merc, happened to me to, that's how it goes when you go from XSI to max. Since in XSI I used spacebar alot.

Actually, it sounds like you inadvertently disabled the viewport - I believe the hotkey for that is 'd'.

If you look in the corner of the viewport, I believe you'll see the word 'Disabled'. Right-click and re-enable the viewport and you'll be set.

Or press the Zoom Extend button at the bottom right corner of the screen. Sometimes when I zoom too much the view seems to be stuck and I can't move in or out.

k well nothing worked really but i tried zoom extents and suddenly everything works now... thanks for the suggestions guys!
