You're forgetting, just like you might have some law that makes the agreement void, Valve is not required by law to have you as a customer either. so even though you legally can sell your games, valve can still disable your account.

They already do that btw, but it's not that good, you can enable cheats, use a cheat, then turn off cheats, and continue playing. Or you could use a trainer.

There are bots, but they are without AI, and they were apparently enabled for purpose of the Commentary system.

Only the hardcore and one, or two of the maps which were incidentally added while doing mass murderer en other teams spawn on the bots :P

Spies only get their names from the other teams guys, if you got one engineer named name1 the spy will get name1 all the time if he disguises as an engineer. I guess it's possible it uses a random name if no such class exist, or if the player changes class after the spy disguises.

dunno, tried using Award_Achievement, but none of the ID's i could think of worked.
