I used to have a 80GB Maxtor, it was really noisy and IDE also. Then it died after only 2 years of usage, so I switched to a Western Digital SATA SE16 250GB hard drive, and it's much quieter compared to the Maxtor. And it doesn't make my tower shake. :o

I'm an introvert, my temperament typology is INTP.

My friends say I'm a genius, but my grades only somewhat reflect that. And I agree with everyone in this thread. Homework, busywork, and all that stuff doesn't help. As Static said, we come home as a break from school, not a continuation of it.
