Are you an 'introvert'?

No. I project myself quite a bit (Aware of it too), take control of social situations, and rarely keep things to myself emotions wise. Have been far from it on most personality test things I've taken too.

The second article is a little strange though. "Who loves quiet conversations about feelings or ideas" <- That's me, but everything else he said isn't, I adore being with people. Especially if the attention is on me. And being honest there, I don't mean it in a sense that I'm an attention whore but I take in more and love it if there's like a party thrown for me or something like that.

I may be. I read those articles and it described me. Yeah...I guess I am. I am social and hang out with friends but hate it when I am with them too long. Yeah...it is tiring when people simply don't shutup especially when your deep in though such as in a car ride. That happens a lot to me and annoys me a lot. Oh well...guess I am an introvert....according to those articles.

I like forums because you can share a thought without the burden of constant conversation.

I'd say I'm more introverted than extroverted, although I do like to socialize. I always think before speaking, though.

I'm an introvert, but that doesn't mean I can't function in public. I just spend a lot of time thinking, think everything through, etc.

Indeed.

I guess I am too. I like to think into stuff. For example, when I'm listening to music, I like to picture images of stuff and try to see what the artist was thinking when he wrote the song. For when I'm riding down the road and see these huge, stone houses and wonder what it'd be like to be rich. Come to think of it, I think a lot.

lolirony

People whom I don't know like to ask me dumb, inconsequential questions like "How are you?" under the guise of being nice. I tend to tell them that they're being annoying, not nice.

I'd say I'm a little introverted.

I cant be in a group of people longer then three hours without losing my mind.

Lol introverted losers. Quite extroverted myself. We took a class on this stuff last year.. Quite interesting.

Relatively recent one. Seems horribly wrong about the extroversion though.

You're kidding me. I got the same thing. (save for the percentages).

I got INTJ...88 thinking though and I closed the window before I decided to share what it was haha.

Bwahaha I've done that exact test 4 times over the course of about a year. I still come out the same - INFP
To be honest I'm very introverted (Not to the point of Raeven0 - but I should try that). I can socialise well, but I do prefer to be alone sometimes. Bus rides rock because my friend is introverted (even more so than me) so we just sit in total silence on the way to school. So cool.

I see myself as an introvery, though others tend to see me as an extrovert. I don't think it's clearly defined in my case...especially because I can be very socially anxious at some times, and yet incredibly social and outgoing at other times.
That's pretty much me. I'm very loud and outgoing around people that I know and like, but I reserve myself around people who are pretty much completely extroverted (those that can chalk up conversation with anybody new they meet) - although the kind of people that I'm talking about are the same people that really grate on me, so it might just be that I don't want to talk because I hate them, heh.

I can also socialise easily with new people that share the same sense of humour as I do, too. I guess I'm some kind of social trainwreck.

Depends on who you are as a person, probably. Judging by your post history, I'd probably end up stabbing you in the face ;)

Just kidding :D (<3 Badge)

Nah, it really depends on the group's individual members. If I get on with one or two people in that large group, I always usually open myself up to the whole. If for the most part everybody annoys me, I'll probably just listen only and think about why each person irritates me specifically. I'm sort of an occasional extrovert.

I can socialise easily with about 50% of people I don't know, and am usually pretty extroverted in that. But sometimes I go all introvert-like.

I should do more of these tests. It is quit clear that I'm an introvert. But on one of the sites that that site links I did the test and I was a INFJ The Portrait of the Counselor Idealist, but now I'm a INTJ The Portrait of the Mastermind Rational , maybe experience has made me les idealistic then i was.

Your words make sense with concentration, but lack easibility.

Anyhoo, I'm an extrovert. I tend to yell and scream at clubs, chat up pretty much anybody, and talk to the babies before I eat them.

Not sure how much I trust the test though. Some of the questions were leading, some were repeated 3 times with different wording, and sometimes I was like "whut? give examples."

But blah, whatever I think of the test, I'm an introvert, got me there. Nothing wrong with it either. Other people = stink. But it's lonely ;(

Laivasse the questions are repeated in different wording because it's testing the way you interpret. Other people would think that it might mean something else entirely :)

Ennui and Laivasse are my two favourite forumites for now :p

Yeah, I thought that might be it...but what pissed me off most was my own stupidity that even though I spotted it and knew it was the same question I wanted to give a different answer.

eyyyyyy  INFP's rule....but I'd still prefer to be an INRI like Jesus...
