Comparing those two is like comparing TF2 and Oblivion. They're both first-person and involve killing people and different classes, hence people who like Oblivion must like it because they like TF2.

For the record, I thought it was immense. Definitely not as good as the first one (which I consider to be one of the best superhero films ever made, only just behind Batman Begins, Dark Knight) but certainly on a par with The Incredible Hulk.
