I emailed this to [email protected] last night, I assume it got lost in spam :hmph: .
We at Neotokyo have some news to report: as you know Neotokyo hasn't released news or media for a long time. We're breaking the silence and releasing a series of Production Reports - the first of which...
Lol. It's a program that only can run in a server configuration. As opposed to when you run CSS or whatever you are playing which can act as either a client, or a client-server.
And what DJ said is true.
Also this has little to do with modifcations, unless we're talking about a dedicated...
juiblex you're asking if it's possible? The answer would be yes. You should be able to use and have the game interact with any C/C++ sdk you have access to.
We're reusing very little from the UT2K4 version, one weapon model, and some map statics otherwise everything is brand spanken new. There's a few pics that are old like the fuchikoma-alike concept that pushBAK probably just threw in there for flavor.
If we were using the same stuff from UT...
Hehe yeah, that was really old, hence the CSS player models in the video, we've 6+ of our own ingame now. The video was made to demo some of the vision modes and other features and was really just ment for IRC peeps. In any case it's gone now - but we are planning on releasing a public video soon :D

mat_R8Bloom (Default: 1) : 0=Turns the effect off, 1=The default setting, 2=Blurs the Bloom effect a bit more.
mat_R8BloomLvl (Default...
Dumb Dude what video card? Edit nm I see you mentioned it up above. Thats def. a weird error, and first I've seen mentioned of it. Send me your computer and I'll do some more testing ;).
We (Studio Radi-8 http://www.radi-8.com the team behind Neotokyo) released a "mini-mod" for Half-life 2 singleplayer that lets you play with a HDR Bloom effect enabled. Pixel/Vertex shader 2.0 is required. I'll copy-paste the readme below. So far there is a single download location available...
