In the final moments of Entanglement, when you are getting ready to teleport back to C17, I had taken with me as many friendly turrets as I could from the earlier maps. After Eli's pod was placed into the teleporter, I used all of these turrets to block Mossman from entering it. To my amusement...
I second System Shock 2 and Dead Space. FEAR to an extent too, but it didn't really have the kind of the scares that work on me the best.
If you didn't guess already, eerie half-dead spaceships make me ****ing mental.
Vanilla servers are more like saffron in terms of availability these days, though.
On topic: are we posting good relative scores or just as high as you can get? It's not a huge problem to get hundreds if you have a non-map-changing server and some free time.
Sad news indeed. If I wanted to download >1GB files fast and reliably, Filefront was always a good choice.
...and yet Fileplanet prevails. Where is justice when you need it?!
Yeah, the thing with guitar is that you can't really do anything interesting until your fingers are callus-covered. When I started it was all pain, but nowadays even knife-fingertip accidents are kind of 'meh'. I wonder if they still leave fingerprints, perhaps this is the dawn of my left-handed...
I guess it's a matter of opinion, but I thought the ending could have been much better. It felt like a forced, confusing mystic cliffhanger. I wasn't expecting much closure, but it still felt cheap to me. The game wasn't bad, but throwing in something new once in a while doesn't hurt.
A good day of squad-communicated sniping on BF2's Project Reality after, I disconnected the K : D was eventually 49:3 (one of those being a teamkill... our attack chopper pilot went on a rocket rampage)
A city under siege in M2TW's Stainless Steel. My over 2000 men on the left don't...
Oh, I pop up every now and then. I'm not overly active but you'll see me from time to time mostly in L4D, TF2 and general gaming discussion. And yeah, I'm one of those '03 relics, those were the times... registered to wonder about HL2's release date after the September 30th chaos.
I can't make up my mind if the game's worth it or not. I'm a TW fan, owning Rome and Medieval 2, but the era of Empire doesn't interest me in the slightest and there are many massive mods for the earlier games. Most of the mods are about the parts of history I'm very fond of, and they are...
I normally don't get into RTS multiplayers but it was easy to jump into WiC since it's so team and battle tactic oriented. Had some really fun time playing, and last time I checked the MP scene was still going strong. Eagerly waiting for Soviet Assault.
EDIT: Basically what riomhaire said, but with style!
Yes, but the tongue can still be used after a "reload" time.
She goes after the startler, but may change targets if someone gets in her way
Well, on expert I do this because medkits are very rare, but pills can often be found in...
Those crawling heads that come usually from dividers have an attack that, if successful, will rip Isaac's head off and replace it with themselves. I think they're the only enemies that turn Isaac into a necromorph.
The 182.05 betas don't stutter for me, which is nice considering I don't want to sacrifice performance in some of the newer games anymore just because L4D won't budge.
