Where the hell did you get this from? There are a bunch of mods that function using both masters and regular plugin files, especially the big ones. For example, Fallout 3's incarnation of MMM does not work without having both the ESM and ESP (the main one) active.

Well, the film is probably going to be a mess, but I have hope for the game sequels. It'll be interesting to see how they can improve on the gameplay without just making more of the same. That'd just be too predictable.

GOG sure is awesome. A few days ago I tried installing Sacrifice (I've owned the original copy since its release), but sadly found out that the disc was corrupted. With GOG's prices I didn't hesitate getting a new copy from them. Works like a charm.
They've used both genders when referring to the pyro, probably just to confuse everyone further. But let's continue this eternal debate after "Meet the Pyro", shall we?
Valve never has never let us down when when it comes to voice actors, that's for sure.
While it's probably going to be at least as good as L4D is, I'm still baffled by how early they're going with this. The thing is, L4D2 would be the perfect expansion, I don't see a reason (except larger profits, maybe...) why they should do a full-blown sequel so soon.
