Even tried Overwriting previous Save. Didn't work. Any ideas appreciated.

Changing the date appeared to work, but a subsequent Load took us to several Saves back. We were able to go beyond the past last save, but subsequent saves were not saved. So the problem still exits.

Me again. I may have found the answer to this. The system time/date was Sept 2009. Now, I have to find out why the system time is going awry. Taa.
