Hey guys, I'm wondering is the direct x 9.0c download worth it? - I'm currently getting around 40- 50 FPS with a 9800 pro 1280 x 1024 without any AA and AF on Far cry. Does this help?

I noticed a very slight FPS increase overall. Of course, it may have been placebo

I just made a thread about this, but it got deleted somehow. The beta 4.8's caused my computer a lot of problems, and it took me about an hour to fix it. Just a word of warning for anyone who decided to install them.
