the stock cooler is loud, and it bends my mobo. any suggetsions from newegg? i heard the jet4 is good, or the aero 4

con: has no fan grill, dont put your fingre over the fan.
well over the recommnded weight over a cpu, but people say it can handle it.

Well when you say it bends your mobo do you have all the mobo tray screws in? I am pretty sure that the Zalman 7000 is A LOT heavier than the stock HSF so it would be pretty risky. The Aero 4 is good, but can be hella loud when at full speed, it does come with a simple rheostat on it so you can turn it down.

I have it, the "Alu fins + Copper base" version... it keeps my 3.2Ghz P4 1mb at 38°C on idle... max 45 °C on load... and the fan is almost inaudible.
It costed me € 33,00...

IMO the best price/perfomance ratio you can find on the road, man.
