Nope, i think it was a mod to start with, and Valve was interrested and offered the guys a contract.

even though i got it i havent realy played it but it does uses HL engine.

Should i play it mmmm

Ooooh, Gunman Chronicles, I thought you said Bluntman & Cronic. :D

lol, i got gm.. its sucks! old and graphics are ... never mind dont buy it :D

Gunman chronicles was a game made but some amateur's who made it between them and never met each other and they talked about the game in chat rooms etc. and sierra published it.
I think thats what happend i remember reading it somewhere. It was just based on the HL engine.

i bought this game when it was new. it was dissapointing though.. the weapons had no feel to them and enemies/levels were kinda boring. it would have been okay for a mod i spose

It sucks bad, i played the first level and got tired of it.
Cowboys, dinosaurs and space travel should NOT mix!

I actually liked gunman chronicles, it was well made for a single player mod(which is basically what it was), and if more people would make total conversation single players mods it would be great.

Gunman Chronicles was pretty fun, it's hard not to laugh at the whole idea of 19th century cavalry meeting dinosaurs in outer space. :D

The weapons were great, you could set them to all these different types of firing and bullet-types.

I did like Gunman Chronicles very mutc, but I cant remember how good it was.. Anyway the game should be in Steam, want to play it once more.

The game was really good, it did'nt have anything to do with HL though.

You acctaully playes Gordon's great great great great grandchild or something, and you are fighting aliens from Xen. That's at least what the manual states.
