But its BF2 man! Sure, they weren't the best but any BF2 footage is good footage!

I was happy to see that this map is still in the game. It had been a while since I've seen it so I thought they had scrapped it. :thumbs:

But yea, that map is gonna be sweet. Apparently an F-18 can fit through that bottom circular pipe.
 
all the vids I have seen, the ragdolls convulse once they hit the ground... :/
not a huge deal, but it looks icky.... then again I would rather we had ragdolls than nothing.

is the 9800Pro 128 mb? Cause I have a 9800XT 256mb which is why I said I have better, but if pro is 256mb then mine is the same.

they come in both 128mb and 256mb flavors, I have a 9800 pro 128mb, Im thinking they used the 128, but you never know.

Nice preview. The lack of scope drift does bother me a bit. I hate it when 90% of ur team is somewhere in the bushes sniping in stead of getting flags.

Doubt it. That seems way too small for BF2. My guess is the BF2 demo will be about twice that size.

EDIT: These are some random comments...only one pertains to the demo.

It's the HUD.

Altitude, speed, heading, targeting info, which way your gunner is looking. All helpful stuff :)

btw Battlefield supports Creative X-Fi !! cool.
check this post made by same Taiwan guy who did those new screens.

We also had test another PC with AMD64 , 1G ram , GF6600GT.
According to the nV 77.30 driver, I supposed that it's optimize for BF2.
It runs smooth with high graphic settings, better than nV 71.xx

So, I suppose that GF6600GT has the best C/P Ratio

This is lame. Since IGN's blowout of their vid preview, 6 other vids and impressions...hardly any new footage or info has come out and all I have to pass the time is boredom and these lame rumors that people keep coming up with.
