[Grissom]The evidence never lies.[/Grissom]That's a pretty tough line to draw. The way the legal system works over here, if it's word vs. word, nothing gets accomplished. Whats to stop someone from kidnapping a person, bringing them in their house, then shooting them under the premise of "He broke into my house, and was going to kill me."
Wait...that sounds like a solid plan....
The death penalty is inhumane (IMHO) and a waste of tax-dollars. I mean, if it takes at least 10 years to put the murderer to death, isn't that defeating the purpose of the death penalty (purpose example being: hes too dangerous to keep alive)?
Not exactly the most just thing to do, killing someone.
