alyx and gordon together???

The worst part of your "relashionship" with alyx is that from the moment she saves you to the very end when "it's time again" you don't say a word... OH COME ON! from the part where she saves you to the elevator's end I would have cited the bible to her! a hot woman who can fight come on! forget the revolution let's flee the country and get married! :LOL:
 
I remember a part with Eli and a white woman with a young Alyx.

Did valve modelled her after a person or did she simply came out of valve's imagination?

cuz if it was modelled after a women, i'm finding her..lol

Gordon should have asked Gman to take her along. Hand language maybe? At least he'll have something to do during all those boring 'stasis' :p

yes i believe she is based visually on a real woman, a model if i recall that i have seen the information about before.
so i will see if i can find it however i imagine someone else will post the information before i find it.

and yes i think a relationship developing in hl3 to a more higher level wouldn't surprise me.. and yes i think she is attractive personally although my girlfriend would slap me if she saw me say this, (she is oddly emotional.. plus she just likes to slap me).

o and regarding the sex imagine how they would setup the controls for it, you can imagine people banging away at their space button rapidly to achieve the stiffy.
although if they put that in valve could kiss any chance of a non 18 rating goodbye. lol

GORDON IS NOT GAY but i think the by not talking to alyx she will eventually loose interest and fall for barney.

and btw Gordons gota be real tierd when hes done because the game gose on for 2 weeks and he has no sleep at all he'd be like... :bonce:

Hmm... I believe its bec. he has been put to sleep for 10 long years!!! no wonder he can fight for 4 days continuosly. Anyway, he once again rested for 1 week inside that portal. :cool:

Alot of girls say 'Take care of yourself' and hug me and stuff but they do not have feelings for me

oh and btw, at least HL2 didn't have a corny love story like some games do
 
In the part at the end, when she is like "you know you didn't have to come, as she makes some nervous gestures, she says thank you"

I think she definetly has feelings for gordon. But its all up to valve in half life 3
 
To be serious: Alyx loves the Free-Man. It's obvious. But if there is any luv, there won't be any sexxor. Or it wont be sold to kiddies.

It will always be hinted at, but I doubt it will ever develop into some kind of make out scene. How exactly would it be handled? It isn't gonna cut to 3rd person perspective, so you'd just be left with Alyx's mouth pressing against your monitor.

Then, you would naturally run around like a dickhead while she yells "DAMMIT GORDON WE CAN'T PASS THIS SCENE UNLESS YOU JUST STAY STILL".
 
Not sure about Alyx having the hots for gordo but its so obvious the one person who does ...... The Gman i mean cmon on hes stalking him for christs sake lol :naughty: :p
 
it was originally designed that alyx falls in love with you in the half life 2 beta, as a year ago some people released the whole dialog and it was completely different story, at the end alyx dies and her last words were "I always loved you gordon" and u know in the e3 2003 movies she says "Gordon snap out of it, you're staring at me again :)" and in codename gordon she says stuff like "Gordon its not pollite to stare" so i guess gordon would like her too, too bad the story was totally changed. but we still dont know
 
Many a great story has been ruined by an unnecessary love interest. What do you guys want HL3 to be anyways? The Sims: Carnage and Lovin'? Gordon has a lot more pressing issues to deal with... Like the possible annihilation of every Universe in existence.
 
I'm glad they ditched the Gordon/Alyx love subplot. I don't think it would have worked out well at all. I much prefer the kind of hinting that was made instead.
 
oh CMON GUYS, at the end, I dont think she was taken with Gordon into the abyss by the Gman, there was no possible way she could have survived that explosion. Its like the ending to that episode of Radioactiveman in the Simpson.....
 
It's so blatant.
When she says: "I know we haven't known for long, but..." Then she says something stupid. We all know what she was going to say.
"OH GOD! GORDON! GIVE IT TO ME! ALL 9 INCHES"

Actually in ep1 When Alyx gets reunited with Freeman, The First thing alyx does is Hug Gordon.......very tight, and Then alyx says "I was so worried", then alyx giggles and smiles at you, and I have to say valve have done a superb job.

In HL2 it was all hints that Alyx has the hots for Gordon, in Ep1 its not just possible, its 4sure, there's no way in hell she just thinks of him as a friend, also when she says "It looks like you've saved our lives again"(look at the way she's looking at you).




P.S sorry bout reviving a very old topic.
 
I reckon that she does have the hots for gordon as mentioned by crowbar above in episode 1 she gives Gordon a very tight hug and when your in lifts together, she always stares at you nervously and doing the old, staring out of the corner of your eye trick lol and she nearly always is thanking you or asking you a favour. Though I doubt anything will happen due to character relationships, loke how is Eli going to feel if you go and marry his daughter who is 15 years or more younger than you and lets be honest it is going to be sokmewhat cheesy if Eli dies and suddenly they both declare their undying love for eachother, the old "dads dead, NOW lets get married lol"

But is Valve do somehow to implant the relationship getting much more serious and get it to fit within the storyline..............................

I smell a bun in the oven.
 
Actually, Gordon and Alyx are only a few years apart in age. Gordon was 27 in Half-Life 1 (And stayed 27 during stasis) whereas Alyx was only around 5 or so in HL1, and with two decades having passed she's now about 25.
 
Ahhhhhhhhhhh but did he correct me if I am wrong please he looks 27 but is he actually still 27, and also I am still sure ELi wouldn't be too happy as to his knowledge Gordon Freeman is just another normal human and is aging as normal so my Eli part being not too happy is a reason as to why Valve would have problems implementing this but I gather you are right and that they are in fact too our knowledge as fans nearly the same age but to the npcs Freeman is not involved with stasis, time reavelling and the Gman. They are ignorant to the fact that he IS more than he appears, boy thats confusing lol.
