So ya, I admit I rarely wash my hands. :O

But the thing is, what's the point in doing it in toilets if one person isn't going to do it. What I mean by this is, although I wash my hands everytime, one person doesn't. Then they leave the toilet by way of a door handle, which isn't going to be very clean after they touch it.

So you leave by the same door handle and get you hands nice and dirty again. I always try and open the door to a toilet (on the way out) by the most un-ergonomic way, as fewer people would have put their hand there /OCD

I was thinking about inventing a disinfectant that you can put on toilet door handles so everyone gets their hands clean.

Sometimes if I'm feeling really obsessive, I'll get some toilet paper and put that over the handle

Yep, the top left is usually it, although I try elbows or kicking the door really hard, so it bounces and I can catch it with my foot.

That's another thing, taps; turn it on with a dirty hand, wash, turn it off. Then your hands have now touched the dirty tap again.

I very rarely touch the toilet handle with anything, usually a piece of toilet paper.

If only people would wash their hands, I wouldn't feel like such a freak

i wash my hands every time before coming out of the washroom...even if i wasn't quite there to answer nature's call..its a habit, a good one i think

oh, im also paranoid in that i end up having to kick doors open or find other creative ways to open them (grab a paper towel and open door while holding it...etc.)
i just find it very nasty when people don't wash hands.

I wash my hands before coming out of the restroom. I flush public toilets with my foot, I never use the urinal. Had a bad experience once, where I caught some dude trying to take a sneak peak at my big buddy. He didn't know that I saw him trying to peak though.

I don't really wash my hands before eating out though. But, after eating I do, in public places. At home it's wash before and after.

I wash my face and take a shower in the morning, brush teeth. Get back from school wash my face and brush my teeth. At night after working out, I brush my teeth and shower.

Oh yeah, I have acne... so, I hate it when anybody touches my face, except for my girlfriend(she's like germaphobic, so she washes all the time), she pops blackheads and like does my eyebrows and shit. I got to keep my face clean... my acne is clearing up though!

I tend to do use toilet paper to open the door too. :| I also cover the bog seat with toilet paper or try to hover over it. There's nothing worse than sitting on sticky urine.

The toilets where I work can be bad. Someome whiped some shit on the wall with "Poo -->" written beside it. I also got a nasty suprise when I pulled the toilet reel as someone had wiped there arse and put it back in.

At home I'm not like this since I know what's clean etc.

and after touching something that I deam necessary to wash after touching. Other than that...I try to avoid it. I got some skin condition on my right hand *seriousness needed here folks, it's not from beatin the meat....that I know of...* and when I wash my hands to many times a day, the irritated skin *dry, itchy, red, bubbly, puss comes out...* it will spread up my finger. Started on my pinky, now it covered my pinky, is on my middle finger, up to the knuckle. I need to go see a doctor!

I wash my hands if I get something on them while I'm on the toilet... or if I handle uncooked meat. Apart from that, I just wait until I take a shower. That's often enough for me... unless I get really dirty, for some reason. I haven't had more than a common cold in years. So, that system seems to work.

Because, you will get bacteria on your hands when you wipe, it falls straight through the tissue onto your hand!

And that's the same hand you pick your nose with and put in your mouth, and the same hands you use to prepare people's food with?

So, if you aren't going to wash your hands after you take a dump, remind me never to shake hands with you.

That is why you are supposed to wash your hands after the toilet, and it's disgusting when people don't. This is how dysentry and typhoid get spread.
