You heard it again, ghost knows more than every qualified doctor out there. Again ghost, I am waiting for some examples of a professional who disagrees with the fact that Yates was insane.

But it did because of right wing idiots like you. Read why the appeal suceeded, the testemony of the doctor who said she was sane was outright thrown out, meaning it was proven beyond reasonable doubt that that person lied and that he knew he was lying. One of most conservative appeal courts in the nation found this and gave her a new trial. Not only that but after the jury found he lied after the verdict but before the sentence phase they didn't give her the death penalty because of that. And I think it was 2 trials, not 3.

The prosecution has professionals as well.
This case was simply a matter of who would convince the jury.
I think, the jury was made up of people who think similarly to the people in this thread.

The second guy that said she was sane, after the first guy who was proven to have outright lied, said she did this so that her and her husband could spend more time together, the kids were simply getting in the way. Let me ask you, how in the hell is this sane thinking? How could a sane person actually believe killing her children, then calling 911 right after the fact, would allow her to spend more time with her husband so that they could have more of a sexual relationship (this is according to that "doctor"). 5 other professionals testified that she was insane, the above was the best the prosecution could do. And remember, this is the same prosecution that had another guy say the exact same thing in the first trial, and that guy was proven to be a liar.

In a trial each side gets to bring their own experts to the table, those experts will more than likely be biased toward their side. You simply have to use a little reason and a little common sense to figure out which ones are full of shit. This is what the jury's job is, and they found this guy was full of shit and the other 5 were telling the truth.

you truely are an idiot ..attention deficit HYPERACTIVITY disorder is a neurological disorder and like many neurological disorders diagnosis is almost purely by observation because no standardised reliable tests exist due to the fact that symptoms often fall under a wide variety of disorders ...but yes lets all listen to your ignorant backyard science because you're much more qualified to make a judgement on ADHD than the world's leading researchers/pmedical establisment

Oh I don't doubt the doctors were telling the truth. They have no reason to lie.
However, the woman has every reason in the world to lie and fake insanity.
You can't prove or disprove her mental state outside of analyzing her.

Let me tell you, psychological tests are not fail safe. I know first hand. I have been misdiagnosed with many things when I was young because I lied to the psychiatrists. They are very easy to fool.
