Anon Protests Worldwide

haha thats great. Leave it to members of anon to protest and look like idiots. Oh well I believe this has gotten a good amount of media attention. I have also seen that there are various articles on the internet as well which means this protest is working exactly the way it should.

What a boring protest. Isn't anyone going to make up some chants at least? :p

The London Protests were extremely meme-ridden. They rick'rolled the Scientology building at one point, and I think they were singing Bel Air at them, too.

While I like to be respectful and accepting of other's beliefs, Scientology is not one I support at all. Everyone in that cult simply reminds me of a more subtle version of Jim Jones.

There were numerous demands for "CAKE!" - Shortly followed by much more enthusiastic cries of "THE CAKE IS A LIE!" ... Then someone came round with cakes, prompting happy exclamations that "THE CAKE IS REAL!"

A chant of "This is religion!" (pointing to the left) "THIS IS A CULT!" (pointing to the scientology building), repeating - I didn't ever work out what the original point of this was, other than to underscore that scientology is not a religion, but then the mounted police showed up to herd us out of the road so that traffic could pass.

At which point, it became "THIS IS A HORSE!" (point at horse) "THIS IS A CULT!" (point at scientolgy building)

"HORSE!" (point) "CULT!" (point) "HORSE! ... CULT! ... HORSE! ... CULT!"

... and several renditions of the "I love horses, best of all the animals" song

Hahah :D

Although, I must admit, I've never even heard of /b/ or Anon, whatever it's called, or why a lot of people dislike it.

the letter that shall not be named is a a place where insanity and genius mix. Where the worst elements of society are throw with the deepest thinkers.

It has a bad rep for illegal material being posted there (As in, CP) but the fact is that stuff is against the site rules aswell and always gets taken down. Also, every meme ever came from *****. Including lolcats.

That'll get the message across to the public won't it? ;)

Nah, forget it, yo holmes, to /b/ lair!
We don't go there anymore.

Nah, meant to do that. As in /b/'s lair...

Nevermind.

Fresh Prince - moot's version:

Now this is a story, about my plan
How my life went from phail right up to grand,
Now i'd like to tell you, if i can,
About how i came to start a site called 4chan.

In west SA born and raised,
In the forums is where i spent most of my days,
chillin' out max, actin' like a noob,
talkin' about Doom 3, i thought i was cool.

When a couple of mods, who were up to no good,
startin mocking cats in my neighbourhood.
I got in one little flame and then i got b&,
so i said "I'll make a site for rapists and call it 4chan"

I whistled for a van and when it came near,
the lisence plate said "pedo" and there was a bear in the mirror.
if anything i thought that i might be v&,
but i thought "naw forget it, lets start this 4chan!"

but they posted girls that were seven or eight,
and there were too many furries, the kind we all hate.
I'm sick of this website,it's no longer great.
**** 4chan, i'm off to mexico to celebrate

Do 4chan,/b/, and "Anon" all have something in common?

These sites are so friggin confusing, aren't they the same type of people that ruin things like Portal? I will never walk upon their grounds.

/b/ is a board on the 4chan site which is populated by Anon.

Who posts in /b/ again? That's right, no one. The /v/idya and /po/ are just fine zombieturtle01. Don't let /b/ turn you off from the site.

That'll get the message across to the public won't it? ;)

Actually, there's a big arguement going on on Enturbulation whether to 'stick to the facts' or to stay with the meme-ridden-ness. I think there was a couple dozen posts from Londeners about how they attracted about 3x more attention because a dozen of them were Rick'Rolling on the street, and people were all "why the heck are you dancing on the street?" and then people explained shit to them. Uh, more eloquently than I just did, anyway.

Point is, even the memes get something done, besides whining about how Anon won't get anything done.

You're from /po/? My God dude I'm so sorry. I was there. I was there last week when the origami gundams failed as /b/ steamrollered you and took it as the new /b/. I'm so fucking sorry; I was watching from a nearby board and I kept trying to rally support for your /po/or bastards, but we'd just been hit.

We tracked /b/ as it moved in from the west; it rolled right through /v/ because /v/'s a goddamn shithole of hate. The /v/irgins didn't even resist, they just let themselves get caught up in it. /b/ took Companion Cube from them and took a circuitous route to the walls of the fa/tg/uys, but legions of Orks and Tau met them at the gates. That was a struggle, and I'm not quite sure what happened next; I think they hit /x/ for some of their unholy powers.

Then they started heading east, and assaulted the floating city. They were repelled without incident, though some called for immediate evacuation. Angry /v/idya nerds started pooring in, but they were markedly less angry; some were frightened and trying to seek refuge from the internet hate machine. We had to toss them out because they were already infected.

/b/ couldn't win a fight against us on its own so it left, taking what spoils it could and moving on. And it rolled right onto /po/. I remember remarking to my compatriots that it looked like some perverse 4chan katamari; /b/ rolls over boards and takes and takes and takes, and everything it takes it brings to the next board it tries to conquer. I watched as the origami gundams failed against the might of Companion Cube, Sam Fisher and Rugrats. I thought maybe they'd just roll over you, too, maybe taking some trophy like a crane or the plans to construct a papercraft death star, but to all our horrors they bunkered down.

Those of us watching the invasion felt so bad for you guys, god damn you have no idea. "Poor /po/," we said. "They didn't stand a chance."

"I can't watch this," I posted. "Can't we do something to help them?"

To replies:
"What CAN we do?"
"We can't spare anyone; all our soldiers are occupied!"
"We'll send them a nice gift when it's over."

So we had to sit and watch. Watch as /b/ took its seat and started calling /po/, "The new /b/." Watched as their scouts hit every board along the western shore, from /a/ to /d/ to /w/, declaring that all /b/'s forces report to new HQ: /po/.

I'm so fucking sorry, dude. I know that this really has nothing to do with the thread but I had to apologize to one of you /po/ guys in person (what do you call yourselves, anyway?). In the end we couldn't do anything and that kills me. Next time man, next time I swear I'll help you when the hate machine comes, even if it's just me alone. We can't let that shit happen. I can't sit around playing watcher and never intervening.

Goddamned raids. Who cares about all this Scientology, 2/10 business? It was just before, what was it, a day? Two days? A couple days to 2/10 raids and /b/ goes down for "upgrades." And they snaked their way across the lands bringing that goddamned steamroller with them; THAT was the real raid. That was the raid that will get no media coverage, but you ask poor /po/, and they'll tell you which one was more important! No lives were lost when anonymous took to the streets, but on the worldmap of 4chan, they razed. Just ask /po/.

Eric, man, my heart goes out to you. If you ever want to talk about it...lemme know.

Yeah, dude, you have way too much time on your hands :p

Don't make jokes, people died. Good men, from the eastern boards.

You have to understand that even though anonymous is legion, he'll turn on himself like the snake what eats its own tail. And /b/ is our most vicious; he hates more than /v/ and /tv/ combined and I tell you few are the forces able to stop him. You think the anons of /b/ only like raiding OTHER people for their enjoyment?

Picture /b/ as a box. Its insanity is contained in there, and often it turns upon itself, anon attacking anon. The only time they cooperate is during raids. When anonymous has a BIGGER target. About two days before the Scientology raids, the box BROKE. Now, /b/ always leaks out...but it doesn't often break. 4chan breaks and people migrate, but /b/ alone? Shit, they took everything. It was like a festering tidal wave of human excrement hitting board after board, because of "upgrades" to the img server. So don't stick your tongue out at me. You weren't there.

You didn't see /po/.

..I don't even know what to say man.. much internets to you. You're welcome any time. So where was your vantage point from anyhow?

Well, I've avoided saying what my board was in all the 4chan threads I've posted in on here, but since it was mentioned anyway (albeit in error), I am a /co/mrade. I hail from the floating city, where we watch over 4chan.

For you see, 4chan is hate. /co/ is love--pure, concentrated love. Thus we built ourselves a Space Atlantis and took to the skies above the islands of 4chan to not be embroiled in their hate. We extend our love down to the other boards as much as we can, even though we are often spurned. Ah, but French...heh, our boards are married. /co/ loev /ck/ with all its heart. You stole our heart just as sure as we once sent Carmen Sandiego to steal your eggs. You see, only /ck/ can bake us cake, and Lex Luthor demands cake.

Forty of them, in fact.

And that's terrible.

But we are made of the old /b/, thus we of /co/ are immune to their hate machine. But, like Uatu the Watcher, we had to stand by and watch as /po/ was razed. No more, though. Such a thing I cannot abide by. If ever /b/ strikes again, Eric...you come in and post from /po/ that you "request the Lantern /co/rps." I know my /co/mrades will not refuse your cry. In brightest day, in blackest night, no raiding shall escape our sight.

Let me guess, you don't want /d/ for fear of being tentacle raped? Or are you veered off by the creepiness of dick-nipples?

On topic, I saw this on G4, and their coverage of it was... Poor... I almost felt bad for the writers of Attack of The Show. "Hey, guys! What is /b/? And why are they chanting '4chan!'?"

Those poor bastards have no idea what they've done. yesterday ALONE there were 40,000,000 google/yahooo(debating microsoft takeover) searches for 4chan. Now those who were curious and stumbled upon /b/ have now become witness to the great demise of the other boards that Darkside discribed... Plus dick-nipples. The dick-nipples scarred many 7 year old children for life.

I am almost certain that Youtube is working with them. Even Mark Bunker's account was deleted!
...
Suck my anger-inflated cock, you sellout pricks.

Anonymous won't be defeated by something so basic like this.

Reading this thread, you'd almost be inclined to think that 4chan was a bigger religion than scientology. :|
