Any one need a concept artist?

i am very good at drawing and wondering if any one is looking for a concept artist i have no prefrences i can draw anything you want if you want a concept artist jus holla back in this thread:)

we need anything medieval, fighting men, lords and ladies, any good concept art

there may even be some monetary incentive since the guy who runs the show is going to pay a coder to do some hardcore modding
 
Deckerwars would also be happy about an artist, or even just a few drawings.

Still, Cause And Effect is looking for concept artists to draw zombie creatures, humans and military equipment.

We're a survival-horror FPS with a focus on realism to the point where it's immersive and still fun. We're going to have a lot of characters, so we need some more artists to help draw them.

Corporate Anarchy

Theres a good chance that we need an organics concept artist. One of our concept artist got hired by a game company, and the other one wants to concentrate on mechanical drawings right now. Our website is at http://www.corporateanarchy.net.

Heres one of our finished character concepts, we now need line drawings for the modeller to work with.(see the attachment).

Its also really important that I be able to see some of your work before we make any arrangements.

i like this mod ive been looking for a mod like this to work on email me at [email protected] or add me to your msn messenger my name is [email protected] or just reply to this thread ill check out your site and make some concepts and post them if you like them you can hire me:)
 
i said ill make some zombies and stuff and post them and if he likes the concept art he can hire me:) i dont want to show my other work because im doing somthing for someone and i dont think she'll like me to post it:)oh and i dont keep everything i draw.

Well I would recommend you do something atleast. Just draw a picture now of anything. People don't want to hire those who wont show if their any good. It just makes sense.

Draw us a zombie now so we can all take a gander at it.

IT TOOK ME 3 MINUTES TO MAKE.because i dident have any drawing lying around and someone asked me to make a quik sketch so i did
 
I thought you were mad. Sorry, misunderstood the all-caps. I usually make the assumption that caps=yelling.

But anyway, for a quick drawing thats pretty good. I suggest you take a little while to do one and post it. And, from experience here... KEEP YOUR WORK! Heh. Very important, even if it sucks. You'll need it someday, I promise.

photoshop probably, maybe scanned pencil sketch colored and cleaned up in photoshop, or maybe drawn directly with a tablet.

i myself want to get a tablet but im only 16 and dont have that kinda money i do have photshop.:)

so you can afford photoshop but not a tablet?.....
 
A tablet is actual hardware, where as with Photoshop he can just consult Señor Juarez :|

Oh yeah, and openCanvas is supposedly great for painting.
 
Hey there,
I'm glad to see that you're interested in joining the team.
In order to get everything going, I'll have to get around 5-6 good samples of your work in order to show them to the CAE mod leaders for their approval.

Since it's being discussed as a concern, I'll just say now that Fenric is right. We're looking for quality in any media you use to best express yourself. Pencil art is a-ok.

Speed isn't much of an issue either. We're more concerned with getting polished works and original ideas. The timeframe isn't a concern, so long as the drawings are quality. So, if you've got any work that reflects that, it'd be great.

So, once you've got some samples in line, post them here or send them to me through PM/E-mail.
 
ok im working on two right now:) and ill get them done by wenday or somthing:) i got finals right now:( also i got provicila:( thats double:( :( wich isent very good:(

He uses Photoshop and Illitrator along with other types of applications at his school.

The fact is that he uses many programs, kinda just like Fenric said. Its all about what your doing and personal preference.
