My teeth are just horribly messed up that's all, I brush everyday...and my wisdoms aren't out, they will have to cut them out :rolling:

My wisdom teeth were in perfect alignment and they had plenty of room, so I chose to keep them... though, my sister had all of hers out at once and the pain medicine she was on was hilarious. It was like someone with an early stage of Alzheimers.

Not all of them, mind you ;) I am getting EIGHT pulled on Friday. My wisdoms and 4 others :(

Anyone have any optimistic advice? Like, "Don't worry, the hellish pain of a thousand knife stabs in your brain will subside over the period of 31 days. :)"
Actually stabs in your brain wouldnt hurt to long cuz u would die. Yes i have had 1 pulled about mayb a year or less ago.

You wouldn't necessarily die. A man has survived 8 shots to the head from a firing squad with only a deformed face/skull and some minor mental problems. He was pardoned after he survived because they thought being shot in the head 8 times was enough punishment.

I loved getting my wisdom teeth out. Sure, it hurts some, but they load you up on morphine and Perkocet(sp?), and you get to lay arround and eat pudding. And miss school.

Yea, let's shoot some people in the head. They wouldn't die. :)

Anyways, you all have some scary teeth. I've no cavities whatsoever. My teeth are perfect. :D

I had just about every single one of my baby teeth pulled out ( not at once). My adult teeth were like 4 years ahead of me. I really got use to it. It got to be pretty cool after a wile because I got to enjoy the laughing gas.(and the ninja turtle nose thing they use for it)

****ing wusses, laughing gas when pulling out teeth? I had to do it without any kind of painkiller once when they discovered a hole in another tooth while they repaired a tooth.

I cracked a back tooth in half. That should be pulled in a week.

Yay, it's tomorrow...it's not going to hurt, but who cares... :D The pain after will be more than the non-pain of pulling them out :P

OMG!!!

Superman?

If they do it right you wont feel a thing. I had six pulled at one time(all four wisdom and two mollars). Allthough I wouldn't let them put me to sleep. The worst thing about it, is the the bloody sounds. Bone splintering sounds..."shudder"...

One thing I learned is that your mouth will bleed like hell. Get some teabags run them nder the water and then stick them in the back of your mouth to put pressure on your gums. Also be sure to check every so often, you dont want blood to pool in the new holes in your gums.

man...still have all my teeth, including my wisdom teeth. the lower two are never going to come in, and the upper ones I'm a candidate for having removed...

other then that, nothing aside from the typical cleaning. no cavities, nothing wrong. :) (I got my dads teeth. :D hehe. I abuse them horribly, and never have anything wrong with them)

w00t! All done. I absolutely didn't feel anything and now I have farking cottom things in my mouth...

SO THERE. All done now :D

I know I'll hurt later...but thats OK :D

Ok people...I can hardly use my comp properly...so...yah...

YAY. I am awake. That amnesia stuff wore off, I wasn't sure if I posted here or not.

But yah, I'm alive, it hurts a bit, but I'll get used to it :D This smoothie stuf is purty good ;)

I got one of my mollers(sp?) pulled. It was one of my baby teeth but didn't have a permanent tooth under it so it started to sink. It was pretty low when I got it pulled. They put me under laughing gas(fun :)) and shot me up with pain killers then pulled the tooth. They stitched up the hole and put a cloth thing over to absorb all the blood. They gave me a perscription for some strong pain killers but it never hurt, so I never used em. It was only a couple of years ago by the way, I think I was 15 then.

The same thing happened to me. One of my molars was sinking, and had to be removed. I just remember the pain of the needle (no laughing gas for me! ;( ), then numbness, then a lot of blood. I was only about 10/11 though. That's the only tooth I've ever had removed

I think people like you should be sacrificed so we all get better teeth :P

I seem to have inherrited my Granddads sweet tooth...I'm not sure if its good or bad, but that sweet tooth has gone, having being replaced by NHS grade filling. I have many many fillings....I am unfortunately nota good person to shake the myth of British bad dental hygene. My teeth don't look too bad now, its when i was younger that i had real problems. Now i just have the fillings replaced every couple of years when they fall out (Like i said...NHS grade metal)
