I don't think you're grasping the concept of needing to zero the sights every time you're going to make a shot. You never know what your target range is going to be (I mean, unless you intend to fire your rifle only at a certain target at a certain distance for all time). It's not like you buy a rifle and then zero the sights perfectly once and then you're done.I just meant pride of ownership would inspire me to make sure it's zeroed properly.
No. I didn't watch the video so I don't know in what way he missed but I was just elaborating on my earlier guess since you seemed confused.Would the change in distance cause it to be off to the side though? I am admittedly un-educated on this subject.
