I think its more likely that the thing is BS. (I thought red drill, BTW. Hammers didn't eve show up in my mind.) I took that personality thing as well, and while it was right about some parts of me and my life, it was more inaccurate than accurate really.I think that there's some sort of psychological effect about thinking tests like this are accurate. You're reading your asesment and its "about you" so you start relating yourself to it. You find the things that do apply, and then ignore the things that don't.
