I noticed that a lot of guys on this forum are really shallow when reading some of the threads in this section. *Sigh* there are worse threads than this, but I just wanted to ask. Who now?

Well, I'm not, and we have a lot of people who pretend to be and a lot of people who actually are.

I'm the only person who voted yes? You are all a bunch of effeminate pussies.

I'm not shallow, but I do have a very short attention span. Very short inde

it's funny because he pretended to get bored and stop in the middle of his sentence

:(

Not quite sure what you mean by 'shallow', Skaadi. I mean, I know what you mean, but I've never noticed it particularly on this forum.

Your ass is happy.

edit- Your assignment is an unhappy one.

Regarding the thread title, I do not envision hell to be shallow, given that it is apparently underground.

saying that hell is shallow is like saying Gilbert Gottfried is funny

I'm a very shallow and cold-hearted person, infact so cold hearted that I will now dissect myself and eat my own inners!

Im not shallow but I am better then all of you.

If you mean by shallow like...an asshole and evil.

Well...hell yea I am. :D

Are you shallow as all hell?

isnt Hell meant to be rather deep,......

like deep down in the ground ...

Are you as shallow as a small puddle would have been better:)

I wouldn't say I'm "shallow" per se. I have my moments of being very superficial, but I'd argue that that's different. So nurr.

Illustration: I said "...it's a fair trade." to a girl I know - incidentally, it was NOT fair trade as in the Make Trade Fair campaign. She instantly called me a loser as she equated the two. She's one of those people who's academically intelligent - or at least to an extent - but otherwise is thick as pig sh*t. If someone doesn't take an interest an interest in such a campaign/charity, then I won't necessarily dub them shallow, but when they'd actively are ignorant of it in that manner, THEN they're shallow.

I was having a conversation with a friend at a party about, amongst other things, the relevance (or lack thereof) of Communism to the modern world. At which point two other people butted in, stroking their imaginary beards going "Mmmm yes yes. I agree." in pretentious voices. Once again, if someone isn't interested inpolitics or philosophy or whatever, then that's fine, just so long as they don't actively mock other peoples' interest in it.

I didn't watch this year's Big Brother, but I did see the housemates' profiles. One guy's favourite "book" was Roy Keane's (an Irish footballer) weblog. Another guy's was "Don't read". Something about those answers made me feel a bit dizzy as I got a distinct "Yeah, whatever! Books are for losers" vibe off especially that second answer.
Maybe that's just me being an elitist English student though?

Looking at the publicity from this and previous Big Brothers, i think most of the contestants can't read.

No, i am not shallow.

Oh yeah - people who buy celebrity gossip magazines.

I'm not shallow, but I guess I sometimes pretend to be.

I'm unfortunately quite judgemental, but I'm not very shallow. There's not that much shallow-ness on the forum, from what I've seen though.
