Argh! Minutes Past Pre-Load Time, NO PRELOAD!! O there it is!

Its 12 minutes past 9:00 CT, and no preload!! I'm resorting to creating the hl2 liblist.gam on my own, as well as recording some sounds of different paintball guns, thus manually making the preload. Hopefully this will do until it's released. Im continuously logging off and on each minute. Argh! This is driving me crazy!
