I couldn't be without my internet for that long and the nearest amusements are all atleast 20 minutes away.
Move went smoothly aside from my cat bolting the second I let her out of her cage, took me a day to find her.
Already got myself a job at a metal fabrication building 10 minutes down the road, $20 an hour.
Been working for 2 weeks now, met some cool people.

I'm really enjoying it so far, can't shake off the feeling that it feels like a vacation though.

Good that things are working out over there so far man. Now that you have a place and a job, there's only one more thing you have to do - get a green card.
