Why oh why has the entire net had a recent outburst of that whole 'pot call the kettle black' phrase? Its like everybody uses it in nearly every thread on the web right now.

What a bunch of hypocrits, what ever happened to "innocent until proven guilty". No one, no matter how partisan their news show is, deserves to be wrongfully accused of anything, let alone something as sick and twisted as this.

We will wait and see what the court decides, hopefully, justice will prevail.
 
I've read the 22 page report on that website and to be honest, I find it quite hard to believe that a woman would let that kind of thing go on for so long before saying anything.

But, it's not for us to decide. He's innocent until proven guilty and that can only be proven by the courts.

Just to plays devil's advocate, sexual harassment isn't always easy to understand unless you are actually there I don't think. I don't really know what it would be like, but I imagine the intimidation might make it hard for someone to come forward. Also, it would be difficult to accuse someoe who is popular and famous like O'Reilly. If you do it's going to bring all sorts of problems with it, not to mention the fact that your life will most likely be dragged repeatedly through the public eye. So all in all, I think I could understand some hesitation to come forward.

But I don't really have an opinion on it. It's just accusation so far. Until it goes to court and we see if there is evidence there's really no way to know.

I just hope that the truth is found quickly and without too much mess. I would hate for anyone's career to be ruined over something they didn't do and at the same time I would hate for someone to be let go if they were guilty of such a thing.
 
Bill O'Reilly got pwned. Now I can check off the final spot on my O'Reilly bingo card. Although in all interest I would like to see how true this is.

while I believe in "innocent till proven guilty" in this case I hope they nail him to the wall as he's done to so many people for so long (whether they deserved it or not) .... I have no sympathy for him what-so-ever ...doesnt really change my opinion of him ...he was a slimeball before all this anyways, he'll continue being one whether the charges stick or not

Oh wow, does the insanity ever end? It seems laughter is the best defense when liberals call me the crazy, 'blinded' fool. If I claimed on some wack site that Bush had sex with a few of his college buddies I guarantee I could make this forum explode. Apparently, I could make CNN and the NYT follow suit. This sounds like something Tucker Max would write. Even then it would be one of the more alcohol filled stories of his life. Honestly people.
