Blue gravity gun at start?

So does anyone know how, or even if it's possible, to get the blue gravity gun at the start of the game. Can I unlock it after I beat the game or something? (I know stupid question). Just wanna try it out though.

You can. You need to enable cheats, use changemap to go to the place in the citadel where you get it, changemap to the train station, and use the command to give yourself the psy gun..

I dont remember the specifics. Somebody should make a faq..

1. If you have a savegame from citadel where you have the super gravity gun, load it up.
2. Type 'changelevel [mapname, for example d1_something]'
3. When the map loads, bring down the console and type in "give weapon_physcannon"
4.Enjoy

There's obviously some variable that changes on the citadel map to make it blue rather than orange. I'm surprised nobody has discovered what it is yet.

Yeah I can get the orange gun, but it's the blue I crave. For some reason it always spawns as an orange, even when I type "give weapon_physcannon". Any suggenstions guys?

YES! ive got an excellent suggestion! follow my plan!

1. open game, go into console and type "sv_cheats 1"
2. in the console type map "d3_citadel_04"
3. after it loads in the console type "changelevel d1_canals_03" for example doesnt have to be canals but you have to type "changelevel"
4. if you do not automatically get the gunz in the console type "impulse 101"

switch to the frav gun, it should be blue!
all done!

yes, I wisht hey would make an official code for it. I've done the steps to get it but it is so annoying that it causes all the other guns to disintegrate enemies.
