Are you people all completely brainwashed? Just because we were temporary allies with him doesn't mean that as a country we can not see his future mistakes and be against them. We were allies with the USSR during World War Two, doesn't mean we had to remain so untill the end of the world.
The United States didn't MAKE UP the WMDs. Reports say that most countries intel said he had them, some suggest that Saddam himself thought he had them. If you think Bush himself did anything but relay bad information he thought to be true then you are blind and ignorant.
