i'm guessing you've noticed i haven't been on the boards for 3 days... even though i've been hearing about the site crash and might not have noticed i've been missing cause i'm ussually spamming these boards (less than 100 posts to combine :p)... but i digress... at my school... on halloween... sum1 called 911 from the payphone in the hall.... i, having my record of detentions for talking and chewing gum, have been placed with the blame.... i face expelltion and would have to leave high shcool in my senior year... MY SENIOR YEAR!!!! this would ruin my chances at many colleges i was looking at and i would have to make new friends.... DURING MY SENIOR YEAR! ..... i know 9/10 of u don't care... but u are the only people NOT accusing me of doing it... and b4 u ask... i DID NOT call the police... what am i supposed to do.... i couldn't got to any1 else.... people please..... help ;(
 
God I would be pissed of if that was me...but do they have any proof you did it ?. If no, tell em that excuse :D

If that fails, just plea with them, thats what I would do anyway
 
They have no proof, there just accusing someone that has a record. Tell them you did not do it, and if they still put the blame on you, then try and get witnesses.
Stupid schools with there stupid ways...anyone remember the guy who got in trouble for going on these forums, becuase they thought it was porn? Schools now adays are too quick to think, and do stupid things.
Perhaps you had a lesson on that day for which you were present for? I dunno, but tell them that you didnt do it, they cant take you down without proper proof.

they cant try you under no evidence. innocent until proven giulty right? right?

Seriosuly, tell them it wasn't you, and ask for proof that it was you, dont let them win!
 
Meh... try living in a town of 1000 people coming from aplace like Toronto where everyone is a farmer god-worshiping kids (not that theres anything wrong with that, but they wont even say "damn" they're so out of it) who dont even look at people wrong... anything happens and they ALWAYS come to me first

people are saying i did it. if u remember a while back i said sumthing about a halloween party i couldn't go to.... that guy said i did it... and he's got power... the school gave the opprotunity to point figners... and sum1 took advantage
 
That sucks, that seriosuly sucks...fire bomb the school? if thats not an option, get ur parents to help ya out

is that it? some ****tard blamed you? what the hell? how can this really be a case, i mean honestly, if you get out of this you should sue them for emotional damage or something, they deserve it.

there just doing this so it looks like they can handle situations and stuff to give them a better rep. If you make a big enough commotion they shouldf back down, its happend before like this, not to me though. and it was drug abuse, but the guy (who was innocent) make a really big commotion, i think it was his dad, and the school backed down.

Well it gets fun when I can yell at them because 99 percent of the time i havent done anything, besides the occasional smoking on school property or something, and if they have no proof they can't just drag me in and give me crap about it
 
Well say 'If your child was blamed for such a thing, and you believe that they were innocent, how would you react to that statement?'

And also, surely the police would have the voice of the caller on 911, then they can do a match to see if its the same.

Also, the person who points the blame...ususally did the crime

If that happend to me... well... i would go the the principal and have a very serious talk with him/her, i wouldnt leave the office until i got my hands clean.

A private school? Done they have a lot of money usually? Do they have cameras there? That could be proff that some1 else did it and you didnt. If not try to think of some way to prove you couldnt have done it. If none, then just deny it.
 
You said not a private school, do you mean you are in private school or not? If you are in a private school I can't gelp you. However, if you are in a public school look at your student handbook. There should be a section on expeltion and usually you get a hearing before a board before the school can actually do this. This means that they need hard proof you did it, if they don't have it you can tell them to suck your [fill a word in here].

Dude that sucks, I really feel sorry for you. Get proof, ask them to get finger prints from the phone and check them with yours, get the voice of the guy who called and check it with yours. Get a lie detector check, if there are any cameras around check the film, if you called 911 from school at 9:35, then some of the cameras around would have footage of you walking away from the phone between 9:35 and 9:45 or something. Remember it's not about what you know, it's about what you can prove.
 
Who says the person told anything to the 911 operator?

They will dispatch fire, ambulance, and police to the location if you do not say anything and just hang up.
 
no1 talked to the 911 operator, that cops did come to the school, no cameras, we finger printed it and there are to many points to check since it's so old... can u believe we ACTUALLY found a students finger prints who graduated in 1974
 
Well, if the cops know when the call was made, and you can prove that you weren't in the phone at this time with a friend or even better a techer backing you up, you could prove yourself innocent, but even if it's possible, for what you have said, maybe it's not that simple :(

BTW I hope that all this thing will have a good end, because nobody deserves to be accussed (sp?) about something he didn't do.
 
If they do end up expelling you from school you WOULD be able to take it further. I mean, expelling you for cheating in an important exam - yes. Beating a teacher up - yes. Beating and bullying other kids - yes. Setting the fire on school - yes. Bringing in an offensive weapon - yes.

Accused of calling the emergency operator and being expelled for it without having anything but circumstantial evidence (if you can call it that) that it was actually you - NO WAY.

It is your right as a person to get an education. They can't take that away from you for something so trivial. If they expell you, tell them they'll be hearing from your lawyers. You certainly would have a case.
 
I agree, make an argument and have a serious talk with the principal about what you did. And if all else fails do what Chris says, you didn't do it and justice should prevail.
 
Oh man that's seriously f*cked up cause right now is like the time you need to sent college applications and stuff. Which is bad enough without being expelled from your high school.
 
All you would have to do is get them to find out when the call was made so you can say where you were.

Thats total bs that they would just trust what one little a-hole says.
Schools can be so freakn' stupid somtimes...................actually most of the time.

but i have some evidence against me.... those bedamned hall passes and thier fancy times.... but i got back a literal 7 seconds after the call and the phone is upstairs.... so i'm screwed til i find 1 witness saying i didn't do it
 
7 seconds, just prove that you couldnt run from the phone to the classroom in 7 seconds. I dont know ur school , maybe you can, but if you cant that evidence for you.
 
Not a good situation you're in. If I were you, write a letter to your principal or something. It's worse that you're in a private school because they can just kick you out I suppose...

I'd definitely write a letter to your principal or something. A letter explaining your worries and how nobody beleives you and such. State everything you can. Like said before, try to find a witness or anybody who might've seen you when you were in the hall.

The hall pass thing...You entered the room 7 seconds after the call was made? Or the teacher signed you back into the room or whatever 7 seconds after. If you walked in 7 seconds after, that's no good. If you were signed in 7 seconds after, there's no way you did it unless you left the room and the phone was literally right there in the hall.
 
Technically, laying the blame on you instantly like that is discrimination, isnt it?

get a lawyer and threaten to sue them.... they will forget it happened in a heartbeat.
