Change Credit Card details?

Since I got HL2 I have been using my mum's credit card to pay for things on Steam and then I pay her back. But now that I am 16 and have a card, I want to switch to my own. I am sure I have seen a "Change Credit Card details" option somewhere in Steam before and now that it's actually necessary, I can't find it.

EDIT: Don't worry. Found it... you need to buy something and it asks you to type in your credit card details. Besides, it doesn't accept Solo anyway.

I was going to say, you can't apply for a credit card until your 18. I didn't think it would accept solo.

If you can get a Solo card, you might be able to get a Visa Electron at another bank, and they work just fine to get stuff off Steam.
