Hurry up doing this before Google fixes it (IF it's something to fix)...

Head over to Google and type the following in the searchfield:

weapons of mass destruction

Then press the "I am lucky"-button instead of the search-button. A regular looking error message will be displayed, but read it throughly - it's hillarious !

It's not a bug and google doesn't need to fix it. It's just that that website has so many links (like the one you just posted) going to it that it is the highest ranking site for "weapons of mass destruction". (same as the thing with "french military victorys" a while back.)
