I'm running SP2 and I must say the game played crystal clear, much better than Doom 3 (on the technical side of things). Also I found it to be quite amusing.

In 16 minutes I will see just how good this game is

I wish it had MP of some sort though.... I'm not a huge fan of SP... If this game had MP I would have gotten this a while ago


*edit* Wow 3 crashes within a time span of about 10-15 minutes... I hope they have a patch coming out soon :flame: :flame:

Hmmm, I don't like this game at all. Some interesting ideas like climbing stuff, but ultimately boring fodder for the masses. The enemies don't react to your fire in the slightest which makes for constant spraying not knowing if you're hitting them or not. I wouldn't say the graphics were better than Doom 3.

Combat is only a small portion of what this game is.

Those "interesting ideas" you are so quick to dismiss as "boring fodder for the masses" are in reality the future of FPS gaming. The full game gels Stealth, Adventure, Platforming, and Shooter elements into the most innovative FPS since Half-Life 1 IMO. Let's face it, aside from HL2 and Riddick, the FPS genre has been stagnant, content with the status quo, unwilling to experiment.

I can't wait to see what the Starbreeze guys do next.
