COH expansion?

pure ****ing sex awesome.

god, no matter what it is, it's going to be sweet

what are the requirements of that game

what are the requirements of that game

The requirements for Company Of Heroes?

Operating System: Windows? 98/ME/XP/2000
CPU: 1.5GHz Processor.
Hard Disk Space: 3GB HD space.
RAM: 512 MB RAM.
VIDEO: GeForce3 64 MB or Ati Radeon 8500 64MB or greater (True DX8 Graphics Card with 64MB RAM i.e. Video Cards with at least pixel-shader technology - GeForce4 MX isn't supported).
Sound: DirectX 8.1 Certified Sound Card.
Online: Broadband or 56kb modem (multiplayer).
DX: DirectX: DX9.1 (included) but DX8.1 supported.

However, for the game to run decent & I don't mean smooth, you are going to need a more powerful PC than what is listed above. My system vastly surpasses the above listed requirements & it ran sluggish from time to time. I would advise 1GB of RAM, a 9800Pro/5950 Ultra or better & at least a P4 3.4ghz w/1MB L2 Cache or Athlon-64 3200+ CPU to run this game at medium settings to really enjoy this game. It is, without a doubt, one of the best RTS games ever to be released, at least IMO. At higher resolutions, it is OMFG pretty.

I just hope it is going to be a bit longer than other expansions.CoH is a very good game.Relic did it for Dawn of war.Now to do it for CoH.Any time soon will be good.Just hope it is good as they say it will be.Awesome news.

Sweet, I hope they do the Pacific theater.

that would be awsome, if i could play it online without getting the 'Could not connect to all players in the game' death message everytime :'(

I wouldn't be in favor of an additional faction unless they do so for the Axis and Allies both. Maybe Italy and the Soviet Union? Anyway, it'll be interesting to see what they do. Relic makes expansion packs count, just like Blizzard. It'll be worth the wait.

kind of off topic but

this game dawn of war is worth get it?that one about modern combat and stuff
it hav a map editor?I love map editors

I wouldn't mind seeing what Relic could do as far as Naval warfare.

Oh, in that case...

No. Act of War was utter shit.
It's just a C&C Generals clone, but shittier.

Can't go into detail as I have to go.

If they arent stupid and just take what was great in CoH (basically everything, could it be perfect???), and times the scale and sexyness by 10, you may have THE best game ever??? Yes, sorry HL2...

There was a major flaw in the game i thought, which was the amount of 88s the Axis could make, if they positioned enough of them across their line, you just cannot penertrate with anything, the amount they can build is outragous

Snipers and most infantry would pwn them. The game is really balanced you just have to act quickly on the map and change your playing style to counter the enemies. In multiplayer it makes for one of the best experiences ever.

Well once in my early days of multiplayer (when i could actually join a game...) when i would sit back and the other team would also, it was a 4 player map, with two bridges across a river seperating the allies and axis, with a little swampy middle bit. The axis had their frontline positioned right across the edge of the river with a shit load of 88s. Anything from the air was shot down, any tanks that came into their range were cut to shreds within seconds, any infantry that came into range were blown into dust within seconds, and they just sat their and kept bombing our bases until there was nothing left using the terror strategy. But you are right about the snipers although i didn't really know at the time, say just get rid of all infantry oiff the map, create 10 snipers, stealth them all, get them into range, and most of the 88s will be taken out within seconds, then follow that up.

Plus now i tend to take it to the enemy asap to disrupt their plans and supply lines like taking their oil, establish a front line, bring in heavier reinforcements, contain a major attack, and counter it. Works a treat, although the players who know what they are doing can be quite hard to handle sometimes.

there is another decent modern warfare rts around?not empire earth

I for one love Command & Conquer generals. GLA win. *hugs hijackers, GPS scramplers, sneek attacks, rocket buggies and rebel ambushes*
