Cold showers or hot showers?

I've been experimenting with cold showers, they feel great, cept for that one side affect that makes your gold member shrink ;(

Hot showers for the winter time, definately. It's like I can feel the energy flowing back through me when I do. Warm showers when it's warm weather.

actually.. in the summers.. some times i do take a cold shower but mostly i do stick to hot showers

Cold showers are best used after a sauna. I think cold showers are far better than hot ones, but I rarely take cold ones because they are really unpleasant. You don't get all sweaty when clothing yourself, and you feel much warmer (afterwards) not to mention more refreshed.

The reason I use cold after a nice long hot shower, is exactly that. It helps lower the room temperature as well as my body temperature, so I don't get sweaty as I'm toweling off and dressing =)

Actually, as soon as i'm finished drying off I usually leave the bathroom so I can avoid the humidity altogether to get dressed.
