Though after it crashed kinda noticed my site f'in down!
 
Whats your computer specs Evo? Does it run well on you? What graphics settings? Any noticable framerate lag or anything?

Runs great for me everything is on high at 1650x1580.

1 gig Ram

Only had time to breeze thru the tutorial real quick but so far it reminds me a lot of the original C&C gameplay.
 
I'm a little stressed for bandwidth this month (15GB was magically used in the first day, stupid ISP) - is it worth downloading ? I <3 C&C so much but I'm sure I'd live with just watching a few gameplay videos and getting the full game when it comes out next month.
 
Well i'll try to get some screenshots or maybe even a video done and host a file or two on cncnation for ya'll :D

Now to download FRAPS and have some fun :D

Oh and cncnation is back online :eek:
 
You guys have a direct link to EA so that the guys in your message boards can use that same name to log into C&C3 online?

Being a Community Manager i get early and more detailed updates from Predator regarding a wide range of issues. BUt regardless the new forums don't seem to have appeared yet

I was trying to ask how you got to link your forum members names into the EA account system. Thats pretty cool.

EDIT: Played the demo and all I can say is that this is what I've been waiting for. Definitely picking this up on release day.

Great demo, feels just like the originals.

Literally, they went back to the roots of CnC, and pretty much just dropped a prettier coat of paint on it.
The FMVs are excellent too.

Not to mention that it looks and plays beautifully too.
7600BFG w/ 2gb ram.
 
I heard people moaning about lack of defenses/walls is this the truths?

What does FMV mean? Sounds like the game depends on it from what I've also heard.
 
FMV's are the videos that you get between missions, real actors etc.

Don't think walls were included in the demo

FMV = Full Motion Video, they're just nice little intermissions between missions.

They usually brief you on the next mission, while having conversations with other characters and the like.

And I have a 2.4 GHZ 512mb ram, 9800 pro.
