For me the singleplayer has always been more important to me. This is pretty nessisary due to dial-up but even after I've played a good few LAN games the good old SP is still while I love my C&C.

For singleplayer:
Tiberian Sun > Red Alert > Red Alert 2 (because Hell March 2 intro) > Tiberian Dawn > Tiberium Wars > Generasl

For multiplayer:
Generals > Red Alert 2 > Tiberian Sun (because crates) > Tiberium Wars (haven't played the other two)

I had a huge post typed up but I ended up losing it and I am not going to retype that. At least, not right now.

The only single player story I actually cared about was that in Tiberian Sun. In Red Alert 2 I only played a few missions, then said **** this shit. In Generals never even tried it. I always just prefer to play a quick skirmish battle with the AI and that's that.

I don't like any of them.
Except Renegade.

Single Player because I pirated them all and couldn't play multiplayer.
That said I loved CnC generals multiplayer ( I meant skirmish, not mp,
but I'm sure I would have liked to play against humans even more).

SP
Red Alert 2 > all strategy games

Singleplayer is what draws me in, if I can't get into the story then I will often give it up. Don't play much multplayer at all, but had thousands of AI skirmishes in RA2

but had thousands of AI skirmishes in RA2

I still occasionally play a quick skirmish in Yuri's Revenge. Maybe now with Red Alert 3 I can put old Yuri to rest, LOL.:p

Singleplayer is great for a play through but the Skirmish and MP kept me going. Though I haven't gotten into a CNC game since the Westwood days.

I couldn't count the number of skirmishes i had in RA2.

And I couldn't count the number of skirmishes I had in RA. That game was so awesome.

The CD is like scratched after I used it so much so the main menu music is all wonky and doesn't play correctly.

Most C&C titles i love because of the Singleplayer. The mp is only fun for a little bit, probably because its always broken.

I don't ever play any of the singleplayer missions, they don't interest me. Multiplayer can be fun for a couple of days but I mostly play skirmish over and over, sometimes with friends. It's all that holds my attention in C&C. Unfortunately C&C3 held my attention for about a day.

Singleplayer. I never really got into multiplayer. Partially because I suck, but also because when I used to play C&C (back in the days when the first had just been released), I didn't have access to the internet. When I did, online gaming really wasn't worth it. I believe it was Elite Force which got me into online gaming.

Singleplayer.

Multiplayer with friends on LAN.
