Computer for £450

OK, i am building a PC for a friend here in the UK

Budget is £450
(Needs EVERYTHING, computer, moniter, speakers, mouse, keyboard etc..)

Any idea on a good spec for that?

I was thinking of about a Xp2200+, 256mb ddr, 80gb hd, radeon... 9800?, 15inch moniter...

or?

Well a 9800 would take more than half of that budget so i would say no.
