Console Command To Unlock All Levels

Sorry if this has been asked before (i'm sure it has been) but i'm new here. I almost beat the game, but then my HD failed and I lost everything... and really i dont feel like doing all the levels again just to see how the games ends. So if someone could give me the console command to unlock all the levels that'd be awesome!

all the levels are unlocked to begin with...just type in map (nameofmap here) and you will go to it.

I think also if you just load up the last level through the console then it will unlock all the previous levels too....
