no quotes, make sure there's a space

Not to be annoying or anything, but I don't understand the point with the quotes and the space everybody seems to be emphasising. It worked fine with both -window and -fullscreen using neither quotes nor spaces.

Incase anyone is still having problems loading CSS, try the switch -autoconfig


Just a thought, it might work, don't take my word on it.
