crazy ctrl-alt-delete :s

hi, im running windows xp and wen u press ctrl-alt-ddelete u no u usually get the little tabs up the top with like processes and programs, i jsut get this below, any ideas how to get the old stylee back?

That's extremely odd... Are you logged in as an Admin? (Or a user with admin powers)

in users, it says im computer administrater. i have no idea y it did this, it was fine the other day :S

double click on the window....like on the frame around it...it'll go back to the other mode.
