Creating Transparent Sprays in Fireworks

I don't own photoshop, or I would use it, but I do own Macromedia Fireworks, and was wondering how to make transparent sprays in that...?

What's wrong with photoshop mate? Pretty handy piece of software if you ask me. Esp if you're a photo journalist or the like.

in deed if you have kazaa or emule, sharaza ,edonkey ect ect
just download it do a few wizards and its perfect so just download it (fotoshop8)

what format are you meant to save transparent bg images in photoshop?

In Photoshop you need to save in the TGA format with an alpha channel for the transparent part.

I have only fireworks also, and would like to know how to make transparent sprays.

i can see the alpha channel box, when i got to save as.. but im not able to check it. it auto checks "as a copy".

i love photoshop, i just don't have a copy of it currently, if anyone could post a tutorial i would be much obliged
