You must be part of a Cyber Cafe at this point. Basically like 99% of us here don't have it yet, but you can go to a cyber cafe to play it as long as they are part of VALVe's program. Check www.steampowered.com for more info.

If you own Counter-Strike: Condition Zero or have the ATI Coupon, then in a week you can play it to.

If you don't wanna go to a Cyber Cafe nor do you have CS:CZ or the ATI Coupon, then you can't play CSS until it is officially released in a few months.

God I'm glad I have the voucher!
