I dunno, I can't guarentee I can go in with you guys if you decide to invade within the next week, i'm just not ready.

I WILL say though, that i'll pump as much of my resources as i'm willing to towards the cause. I'm getting a mighty hefty income from taxes now that I have all these deals set up, so i'll have some cash to hand around.

And don't invade unless you've got high Infra. If the whole shebang backfires and you end up on the defensive, infrastructure gives you a +2 strenght benefit per unit of infra you have.
 
My nation is 5 minutes old and I have an army of 40 :) And I'm bankrupt.

I think I'd make a great politician ^_^.

And I tried invading Evoland, but they said I can't start till the 17th :(

You're ****ed I think now. Spending all your cash on the reserves is a BAD idea, it pisses of the population, puts you deep in debt, and if you're invaded, you're basically relying on brute force (as opposed to buildings and such) to defend the homeland.

But HEY! What's your nation name, i'd like to add you to my "saved nations" list :D

EDIT: Can anybody help out with about 50 USD? I need some cash so I can perhaps bribe Kirovman into giving me that rubber.

I REALLY REALLY REALLY need that rubber. Vital to the future of my country!

I wanna try get enviroment as high as possible (which means I need more land), while keeping my offensive forces high (again, lots of land to counteract the Soldiers:Land ratio effecting enviroment)

EDIT: Oh, and you warmongers realize that peacable countries must break trade relations with countries at war, right?

That's actually a REALLY good idea.

We could threaten the countries that are 50 rank under us, claiming that there is an entire HL2.net front just waiting for cue to attack and/or supply attackers with a ginourmouse revenue stream.

Little do they know though, that HL2.net is just a bunch of idiots who spend all their cash the second they collect taxes, and have no money to actually give to the others of the group.

They either cower and give up the cash peacefully, or...

They refuse, in which case we ALL declare war at once, and everybody sends in maybe 10 troops, so we can mount a small yet crippling attack, showing them what's in store if they don't cooperate.

But again, little do they know that those 10 troops from every nation in our group is really all we can spare.

It's a brilliant lie, just like the Bush administration!

EDIT: Yeah, and even if they go peacefully, once we have their money, they basically are defenseless, at which point we rape them anyway!
 
1,000 troops would take a while to get methinks, it's approximetly 333 troops each if it's just you, me and numbers.

I think we should aim for 300 all-together first before our first extortion.

EDIT: I forgot about Adrien C! lol

That's the only people we KNOW are willing to attack.

We've still got Kirov, CrazyJeepDriver, Nabobalis, Deus Ex Machinima, Evo, Riomhari, Solaris, and a couple others.

We only need maybe 5 or 10 soldiers from each nation to make it look like we're mounting a large attack. I think we can ALL spare 5 soldiers.

And to make it so everybody doesn't have to go to war, everybody could just donate 5 soldiers to 15357, and we'll use him as our attack dummy.

We could say that he's only ONE of the nations ready to attack. That way they'd think we've got a ****load of GIANT militaristic nations ready on the offensive, when really, we've just got one guy collecting welfare checks from the rest of the family.

They fork over a few tax payments worth of cash, we distribute it (the attack dummy, 15357 in this case, would get a larger cut, as he's risking his entire nation), then after the last paycheck comes in, KABOOM! We quash them.

IDEA TIME

Everybody should backorder their taxes for at least one collection, so they can get the 8% benefit.

That 8% is your mandatory donation to the group.

After every collection, you should always have at least that 8% of the collection left over once you're done spending. This means you shouldn't spend any more than what you have minus that 8%.

Example: Your tax collection for today is 100 USD. You shouldn't spend more than 92% of that collection. At the end of the day, you should have at least 8 USD left over. It doesn't matter if you had 5K dollars before, that recomended limit will always be 92% of the DAYS tax collection, not of all the cash you have.

That way, everybody has at least a little bit of cash to contribute, just incase some moocher (IE numbers) really needs a little more, badly.

I get over 1,000 Euros a tax collection, and that was before I raised the tax rate to 25%, I can spare 8% for the republic. :D

And thanks for the spices Jelly. Hopefully Kirov will agree to give me rubber, and then i'll have like, 3 different resources all buffing my natural land expansion per day.

Just checked the bonus' for the resources i'm using to buff my land expansion.

With the two I have now, i'm getting .58 miles of land per day.

If Kirov agrees to trade with me, then that'll jump to .67 miles of land per day.

EDIT: I'm the sixteenth also. No problem though, i'm not in any rush to kill my economy.

What we should so, is menace other countries, if they don't pay up, we will invade. Of course, we need an exuse, like, perhaps saying they have weapons of mass destruction and its againts are moral and it endengers our nations.

I just made a nation and spent all my money buying more land and now my people are pissed cause we don't have any soliders and I can't buy any. Damnit.
