DC Sniper to be Executed Tonight

I read DC sniper and I just can't help but think Fallout 3

Yeah fuck those socialist concepts for doing

Hey it's The Wire.

Why do you think I'm joking? The image is there as a reference, not a joke.

My point stands. Sure, we'll go along with your scenario. Will you be the one to tell them all? All ten thousand of them? How about their families?

Honestly the only reason I wouldn't want to tell them one by one is because it would be tedious, I'd rather them all be in a huge crowd and I just tell them all on a microphone. Way easier.

Just a hypothetical question here, but if you had a choice to kill say 10,000 people, but killing those 10,000 people would give you some kind of medicine that could potentially save millions (in the long run, say over the course of 5 years you'd save 10,000 people so that's when you'd "break even") would you do it?

Are you a ****ing idiot? I mean are you really so stupid as to put such a ridiculous analogy on a forum I frequent? I eat immaculate analogies for lunch.

Luckily, I'm feeling nice, so I cut out the entire list I came up with of how ridiculous that analogy is instead of pointing out how that whole analogy face-plants in the ideological mud before even taking its first step.

hah you cant answer!

I read somewhere that the true motive of this guy was to cover up the planned murder of his wife over custody issues, but he got caught before carrying it out. Malvo was just a dumbass he used who believed he wanted to set up a terrorist camp in Canada as a cover. Then he could kill his wife and it'd look like the sniper did it (which really was him, but no one knew at that time) and then he wouldnt be connected to the murder as a custody issue.

hah you cant answer!

LOL I noticed that too. I would have to say no I wouldn't, because the immediate consequences are worse than what I personally will see come out of the saving of millions.

Yeah the kid was 17 at the time so he got life in prison as a plea deal. I actually live in Montgomery County, and I remember well how scary it was living here when this was going on. We weren't able to go out like we used to, everyone feared pumping gas, we were all on the lookout for white vans. It was extreme paranoia.

The police were doing an excellent job, and my rescue squad actually responded to a few of those calls in which someone was shot. Every so often you'd see a roadblock placed in some locations in th county. The schools were on mandatory lockdown everyday. Montgomery County Public Schools developed the 'Code Red' and 'Code Blue' procedures in these sort of events, in which each student had to be escorted to the bathroom, all windows & blinds shut, and all exits locked from the outside. In order to gain access you needed to talk to an officer through the main office at all schools.

In those two weeks, you wouldn't see any kids playing outside. It was a horrible time.

Er wow wtf for some reason I thought Kakashi was talking about a similar incident that happened in the UK.

So he was 17? Jesus.

I'm not sure, I think it was some older dude, like about 40, and he convinced a 17 year old extremist Muslim to help him. So there was 2 of them.

I lived in Frederick County at the time, only 5 miles from the rest stop where the guys were caught. During that time I usually walked home from school but my parents wouldn't let me during that time. School went into lockdown mode, too.

My cousin was classmates with the kid who was shot outside Benjamin Tasker Middle School in Bowie (PG county). I think he was one of the few survivors, even though he has to live with a colostomy bag for the rest of his life.

It was a scary time.

We all know it was because the kid played GTA and COD4, don't try and cover up the facts!
